Wood tableware creates a stunning canvas for the display of a Chef's artistry. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to integrate form and function. Some designs are jointly developed with a Chef, others are existing within my current collection. Each is hand turned and finished with food safe oil.

Chopstick Bowl
Designed in Claro Walnut. This is an edited version of the presentation plate with a softer rim and deeper, rounder bowl to accommodate use with chopsticks. Created for Chef David Breeden and Chef Thomas Keller, The French Laundry. Yountville, California.

Clam Shell Bowl
Designed in Mahogany. A traditional round bowl is finished with half the rim taken down to open the piece as it sits in front of a guest. Created for Chef David Breeden and Chef Thomas Keller, The French Laundry. Yountville, California.
